Ms. Rosenberg, Land Use Planner, has worked in the land use planning profession in Arizona for over 20 years.  Her superior skills in research, analysis and communication, combined with her knowledge of land use issues, public policy and administrative procedures, have earned her the respect of clients, employers and peers.  Ms. Rosenberg?s professional experience includes assisting in complex real estate transactions, processing development plans and zoning, coordinating public participation and information programs, and dealing with State Trust Land issues and development plans.

Ms. Rosenberg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois.  She is a current member of the Arizona Planning Association, a former board member of that organization, and former editor of the profession?s statewide newsletter.
