George A. Pasquel III, Land Use Planner, utilizes his knowledge and experience gained with development, construction management, design/build, and architecture firms in both California and Arizona. Mr. Pasquel?s diverse background, attention to detail and research proficiency enable him to assess complex issues from a variety of perspectives, while proposing creative solutions. His interpersonal skills and community involvement make him a natural at dealing with clients, technical consultants, government agencies, elected and appointed officials, and members of the general community.
Mr. Pasquel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts in Architecture and Environmental Design from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Habitat for Humanity, Valley Partnership and Valley Forward.
