Lyle S. Richardson is a Land Use Planner with over 25 years experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Richardson has experience in processing a variety of jurisdictional approvals including preparing, filing, and processing entitlement documentation to its conclusion through the public hearing process, coordinating constituent and neighborhood participation, handling administrative procedures, reviewing construction documents, performing infrastructure and service analysis, and coordinating efforts among developers, elected and appointed officials, and jurisdictional planning and development staffs.
Mr. Richardson graduated in 1978 from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a specialized emphasis in Urban and Regional Planning. His varied background includes rural and urban land planning, as well as acting as Town Planner for Gilbert, Arizona, and Planning Director for Clarkdale, Arizona.
