George Pasquel III specializes in the entitlement of urban infill and mixed-use projects. His diverse background, research proficiency, and interpersonal skills provide him the rare ability to facilitate coordination amongst all parties in the development process.
His professional career includes experience with Development, Construction Management, Architecture, and Entitlement firms in both California and Arizona. Along with his work on prominent projects at Lazarus & Associates, Mr. Pasquel also serves as an adjunct professor for Arizona State University; teaching for both the Housing and Community Development department as well as the School of Public Affairs.
Mr. Pasquel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California and later went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from Arizona State University
In 2006, Mr. Pasquel continued his pursuit of knowledge and smart growth policies by successfully becoming a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he holds committee positions within the Young Leaders Group (YLG), and Valley Forward serving as a co-chair of the Land Use Committee. |  |
