Mr. Graff is a land-use and zoning attorney with experience in government relations and environmental law.
Prior to joining Lazarus & Associates, Mr. Graff worked as the Field Coordinator for a statewide campaign in Arizona and as Legal Intern in both the Legislative Council's Office of the Arizona State Legislature and the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. During Law School, Mr. Graff was appointed by Governor Napolitano to serve a two-year term as the Student Regent for the Arizona Board of Regents. Mr. Graff now serves as a Regent Emeritus, providing guidance and feedback regarding Arizona State University's initiatives and strategic planning.
