Paradise Valley Mall The Firm facilitated revisions to the existing shopping mall configuration and roadway network, resulting in entitlement approval.
Biltmore Shopping Center Another significant property in the 24th Street/Camelback area with which the Firm has been involved is the Biltmore Shopping Center.
The Firm represented the shopping center owners in negotiating and processing significant revisions to the existing approved site plan, as well as stipulation modifications.
The Colonnade Shopping Center Another commercial center in the Camelback Corridor which has been improved through efforts of the Firm is the Colonnade Shopping Center.
