Major Commercial Developments

PRD 845Paradise Valley Mall
The Firm facilitated revisions to the existing shopping mall configuration and roadway network, resulting in entitlement approval.

Biltmore Shopping Center
Another significant property in the 24th Street/Camelback area with which the Firm has been involved is the Biltmore Shopping Center.

The Firm represented the shopping center owners in negotiating and processing significant revisions to the existing approved site plan, as well as stipulation modifications.

The Colonnade Shopping Center
Another commercial center in the Camelback Corridor which has been improved through efforts of the Firm is the Colonnade Shopping Center.

Revision to existing site plan, as well as and on and off-site circulation elements, were approved.

Uptown Plaza
Over the years, the Firm has represented the owners of the Uptown Plaza, centrally located at Camelback Road and Central Avenue, in numerous revisions to the existing site plan and to tenant parking through the processing of variances and use permits.

Town and Country Shopping Center
This Camelback Corridor shopping center has remained vital over the years through several revisions to the existing site plan and tenant parking facilitated by the Firm in the form of variances and use permits.
